Pengaruh Workplace Spirituality, Job Satisfaction, Dan Job Involvement Terhadap Organizational Commitment Pada Karyawan PT Bank Mega Syariah Cabang Kota Bandung
Organizational commitment is an attitude that is highly expected by the company towards its employees. Workplace spirituality is a managerial strategy that can be taken to build a more holistic and humane work atmosphere. This study examines the effect of workplace spirituality dimensions on organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction and job involvement in 100 employees who work at Bank Mega Syariah. The analysis of the model using the multiple regression method shows that workplace spirituality has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction and job involvement..Ada Tabel
