This internship report aims to discuss the evaluation of the corporate governance assessment procedures carried out by SNK Indonesia based on the ACGS criteria. The evaluation was carried out by comparing the procedures carried out by SNK Indonesia with the ACGS assessment procedures. Based on the evaluation results, the assessment procedure carried out by SNK Indonesia is in accordance with the applicable ACGS assessment methodology. However, to produce a more accurate result, the assessor needs to collect more in-depth information using primary sources.
