The purpose of making this internship report is to evaluate the technique and process of assessing the principle of stakeholder roles based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) by KAP X for PT XZY in the financial industry. This internship report also aims to carry out self-reflection activities on the experiences gained during internship activities at KAP X. There are five main components in ACGS, namely the rights of shareholders, fair treatment of shareholders, the role of stakeholders, disclosure and transparency, and the responsibilities of the directors plus two other parts, namely bonuses and penalties. However, the focus of the discussion of this internship report is the assessment technique and process on the part of the stakeholder role. The results of the evaluation of the technique and process of assessing the principle of stakeholder roles show that KAP X has shown its efforts to comply with the techniques and processes that should be carried out, as stated in the working paper. However, there are areas that can still be improved to provide better assessment results. In addition, through self-reflection on internship activities, strengths and weaknesses can be identified. Although shortcomings are unavoidable, there are several ways of improvement that can be made in order to become a better person and be useful to the surrounding environment in the future.Ada Tabel
