Solidaritas Sosial untuk Mitigasi Dampak Pandemi COVID-19: Analisis Intensi Donatur dalam Berdonasi secara Online melalui Kampanye Penggalangan Dana di Platform Media Sosial
The rapidly spreading coronavirus outbreak in Indonesia has triggered unprecedented restrictions on socio-economic activities. The outbreak of this epidemic was also responded to by many fundraising campaigns to reduce the socio-economic impact of the corona virus outbreak. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of donors in general in forming attitudes towards online donation and its effect on the behavioral intention to donate through fundraising campaigns conducted through social media platforms. This study was conducted on 294 respondents using the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results of the structural test of the SEM model show that charitable projects and internet technology features have a significant influence in shaping attitudes in online donations for communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This attitude in online donation also has a significant positive influence on the behavioral intentions of donors in donating through social media platforms as a form of mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, charitable projects and internet technology features have a mediating effect on behavioral intentions to donate through social media platforms with attitude variables acting as mediator variables..Ada Tabel
