Evaluasi Kinerja Pengelolaan Dana Zakat Pada Organisasi Pengelola Zakat (Studi Kasus Organisasi Pengelola Zakat XYZ)

This study aims to measure the performance of OPZ XYZ in the management of zakat funds which is measured using appropriate indicators on the measurement of IZN, IZDR, and ACR which are grouped into input, output, and efficiency criteria. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a case study approach, data collected through interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the performance of OPZ XYZ is quite good in managing the resources they have, such as regular education and training programs, the availability of SOPs, strategic and annual plans, as well as the management of advances for activities. In terms of output, such as the ratio of distributed zakat funds to the total collection and the resulting zakat turnover ratio, the results are quite good and effective. However, on efficiency performance, which is related to managing expenses related to the collection and distribution of zakat funds, OPZ XYZ gets inefficient results..Ada Tabel
