Analisa Dampak Akuisisi Asing Dan Dampak Intensitas Akuisisi Terhadap Performa Perusahaan Domestik Di Industri Manufaktur: Studi Kasus Indonesia Tahun 2009-2014
This study examines the impact of foreign acquisitions on domestic companies that are the target of acquisition, and also focusing on the preferences of foreign companies and the impact of the intensity of foreign acquisitions, which are divided into partial and full acquisition. This study finds that foreign acquisitions in Indonesia shows Strategic Market Entry behavior, namely choosing domestic companies that are winners. There is also evidence that foreign acquisitions, both partially or fully, have a positive impact on output, wage levels, and the number of workers, but partial acquisitions have a larger and more positive effect than full acquisitions..Ada Tabel
