Analisis Dampak Work From Home Terhadap Pekerja: Sebuah Telaah Sistematik (Studi Mandiri)
This study aims to conduct an independent study and analyze the impact of the WFH or Work From Home work system. The systematic literature review used 28 previous literature on the topic of WFH. The results of this study indicate that the Work From Home work scheme or system in general has several impacts, when viewed from the positive impacts from WFH and these things are certainly very helpful and make it easier for a worker or employee to do their work. However, this is with a record that productivity and effectiveness will increase if the worker or employee is physically and mentally ready to undergo the WFH work system in other words an employee has adapted well..Ada Tabel
