Pengaruh Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Sektor Jasa Konstruksi yang Terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2009-2019

This paper investigates the effect of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) on firm’s performance among construction companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2009-2019. The sample includes 17 companies with a total of 111 firm-year observations. The ERM aspects used on this paper are ERM adoption, risk committee, risk department, and BoC/BoD expertise, while company performance is measured by return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and Tobin's Q. The data related to ERM aspects are obtained through manual content analysis of annual report and the estimation techniques used on this paper are panel data fixed-effect and random-effect. The result shows a negative and significant effect of risk committee on ROA. In addition, the joint effect of the four aspects shows a negative and significant effect on ROA, ROE, and Tobin's Q..Ada Tabel
