Evaluasi Proses Pengembangan Sistem Automasi Workflow Accounting Operations pada PT White (Laporan Magang)
This internship report discusses about the evaluation of the development of three new systems that will be used for automating and increase the number of workflows’ efficiency in the Accounting Operations Division at PT White, which operates in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry in Indonesia, with the production focus on food and beverages. The evaluation was done by comparing the actual practice of systems development in PT White with one of the systems development theories, namely the systems development life cycle (SDLC). The scope of the discussion in this report includes the evaluation of the systems development process carried out by PT White, starting from the planning to the implementation, as well as recommendations that can be implemented by the company to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the systems development process. Based on the evaluation, although PT White has done most of the relevant activities listed in the SDLC theory, there are two aspects that can still be improved by PT White to carry out an even more effective systems development process. The two aspects are as follows: work and activities documentation while the project is worked upon, as well as the time needed in developing a system. There are three recommendations that can be implemented by PT White to improve the mentioned two aspects, namely Gantt Chart implementation, creation of project documentation, and creation of operational documentation..Ada Tabel
