Micro and Small Enterprises are one of the pillars of the national economy, in addition to being the largest job opening. however, there are several problems that hinder the rapid growth of MSEs, and one of them is funding. Sometimes a prospective entrepreneur is unable to finance his own business so he has to borrow from the bank. This study aims to determine how the characteristics of entrepreneurs and the scale of micro and small businesses affect bank loans received. The research was conducted by utilizing survey data from the BPS micro and small industry in 2019 and using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. It was found that the three types of bank loans analyzed had significant regression results, but KUR loans were the most significant. The results showed that the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business scale and micro and small entrepreneurs had a significant effect on bank loans..Ada Tabel
