Segregasi Pekerjaan Berdasarkan Jenis Disabilitas dan Dampaknya terhadap Kesenjangan Upah di Indonesia

I Dewa Gede Karma Wisana, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D. (Pembimbing/Promotor) - ; Pregita, Cindy - ;

This study utilises data from Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (Sakernas) 2019 to analyse occupational segregation and decompose wage differential that faced by workers with disabilities in Indonesia. By index of dissimilarity calculation, this study found the variation of occupational segregation level based on type of disabilities, where workers with mental and cognitive disabilities face the highest occupational segregation. On the other hand, workers with vision disabilities face the lowest occupational segregation. By Blinder-Oaxaca decomposition, this study found the variation of wage differential that was driven by the variation of unexplained factors. Workers with physical disabilities (mobility and finger/ hand) face the highest discrimination potential, shown by the highest unexplained factor..Ada Tabel
