Analisis Tahapan Pengumpulan dan Evaluasi Bukti Investigasi Fraud Proyek Pengadaan PT NCT (Laporan Magang)
This internship report aims to analyze the stage of collecting and evaluating evidence of fraud investigations of PT NCT's procurement projects. PT NCT is a company engaged in telecommunications by providing procurement of goods and services to its customers. However, until 2021 since the running of the procurement project in 2016, the eight customers of PT NCT have not paid off the payment even though the project has been completed. PT RJ was chosen as the basis for the analysis of evidence collection and evaluation. Based on the results of the evaluation carried out, it shows that the collection and evaluation of investigative evidence that is not in accordance with the theory is in the investigation interview and the examination result report. Therefore, a recommendation was given to PT SM Consulting to prepare a good investigation plan, start conducting face-to-face interviews, and add elements of criminal acts to the results of the examination.
