Pengaruh Manajamen Modal Kerja terhadap Profitabilitas: Studi Kasus Emiten ISSI dan Non-ISSI di Industri Properti dan Real Estat Tahun 2009-2019
This study aims to identify the effect of working capital management and liquidity on the profitability of companies in the property and real estate industry that listed and unlisted in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2009-2019 period. This study uses the net trade cycle as a proxy for working capital management and net profit margin, return on assets, and total assets turnover as proxies for profitability. By analyzing the panel data method, this study shows that there is a significant effect of working capital management on company profitability. The author finds that companies listed on ISSI tend to have a higher level of profitability. Furthermore, it is found that there are differences in the effect of working capital management on the profitability of companies that listed and unlisted in the ISSI. This indicates that the company must carry out continuous calibration and determine various alternative options in determining the optimal working capital to increase its profitability..Ada Tabel
