Digital Marketing Zakat: Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Intensi Masyarakat Dalam Berzakat Secara Online di Masa Pandemi Covid-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a general increase in the number of donations assisted by digitizing philanthropic services. Zakat, one of the Islamic philanthropy instruments with huge potential, can maximize its potential by increasing digital or online zakat payment. However, zakat collection through digital or online payment methods is still lacking. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the determinants of online zakat behavioral intention during the COVID-19 pandemic. This survey was conducted on Indonesian Muslims who have used an online platform to pay zakat, whether before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software with structural equation modeling (SEM) method to test the relationship among latent variables using 416 respondents. This study finds that attitude toward online zakat behavior during COVID-19 and subjective norm positively and significantly affect the online zakat behavioral intention during COVID-19. This study also finds that trust in perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness positively and significantly affects attitude toward online zakat behavior during COVID-19. Trust in Zakat Fundraiser and website image positively and significantly affect perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Further analysis found that attitude toward online zakat behavior acts as mediating variable for intrinsic religiosity toward online zakat behavioral intention path and subjective norm toward online zakat behavioral intention path..Ada Tabel
