Evaluasi atas Analisis Ekosistem Bisnis PT Klien oleh PT Konsultan (Laporan Magang)
This internship report aims to analyze the suitability between the business ecosystem mapping as well as evaluation theory with the real practice carried out by PT Konsultan in the PT Klien project during the internship period. PT Konsultan analyzed PT Klien’s business ecosystem using two steps, mapping and evaluation. This report evaluates said analysis using two evaluation frameworks; Ecosystem as a Structure framework for mapping, traditional and contextual approach for evaluation. Through the analysis carried out, it is known that in conducting the mapping, PT Konsultan’s practices are suitable, however is not holistic in mapping the ecosystem’s actors and links. Through the analysis carried it also can be known that in conducting the evaluation, PT Konsultan’s practices is not suitable since a few indicators of housing ecosystems are not being utilized yet..Ada Tabel
