Akses Penggunaan Electronic Banking Antar Generasi
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on technological progress. This condition becomes a new chapter for the community to adapt quickly and responsively to meet all the needs of life. The grouping of generations based on the year of birth will determine the ability of each community to adapt to technology. The era of generations X and Y is dominated by massive technological developments compared to the baby boomer generation, for example the use of E-Banking. E-Banking as one of the banking financial facilities that is considered strategic, effective, efficient in encouraging banking productivity and meeting the needs of the community. This study uses data from the 2019-2021 SUSENAS as well as a logit regression model to see how intergenerational opportunities are to access E-Banking. The results of this study found that the age of the individual according to the year of birth of the young (Millennial generation) has a significant positive effect on the possibility of accessing E-Banking compared to the previous generation. Education at the university level has a significant positive effect on the possibility of accessing E-Banking. Mobile ownership has a positive significant effect on the possibility of accessing E-Banking. Individuals in the fourth quintile spending group have a negative effect on the probability of accessing E-Banking. The status of the main activities consisting of working and taking care of the household has a significant positive influence on the possibility of accessing E-Banking. Marital status and gender have a positive significant effect on the likelihood of accessing E-Banking. In addition, this study also sees that the opportunity for individuals to access E-Banking in Indonesia is still dominated by certain characteristic groups..Ada Tabel
