Pengaruh Shared Leadership dan Teachers’ Self- Efficacy terhadap Work Meaningfulness dengan Metode Social Network Analysis
This research aims to see the effect of shared leadership and teachers’ self-efficacy on work meaningfulness. This research also would like to examine how shared leadership affects work meaningfulness through teachers’ self-efficacy as a mediator variable. Moreover, this research also would like to examine the relationship between shared leadership and work meaningfulness that can be influenced by teachers’ self-efficacy as a moderator variable. Researcher used a social network analysis approach to examine shared leadership in every school by using density and centrality. The data was collected from 74 teachers located in Sulawesi and Sumatera. In order to verify the hypothesis, researcher used simple regression analysis, bootstrapping method, sobel test and moderated regression analysis. This research showed that shared leadership doesn’t affect work meaningfulness. This research also showed that teachers’ self-efficacy has.an effect on work meaningfulness. However, this research showed that teachers’ self-efficacy doesn’t mediate and moderate the relationship between shared leadership and work meaningfulness..Ada Tabel
