Pengaruh Overeducation dan Undereducation pada Sektor Agrikultur di Indonesia
The purpose of this study was to see the urgency of overeducation and undereducation in agricultural sector workers that could hinder the fulfillment of dharruriyat needs. This study uses a Ordinary Least Square regression method using Sakernas 2019 data from BPS to determine the effect of overeducation and undereducation on the income of workers in the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The results of this study are the phenomenon of overeducation and undereducation in the agricultural sector which causes a wage penalty and a wage premium for workers.
