Perilaku Proaktif dan Intern-relations dalam Meningkatkan Conversion Intention Magang: Peran Mediasi Personorganization Fit
This study aims to determine the effect of proactive behavior, intern-supervisor relations, intern-coworker relations, and person-organization fit on conversion intention. This study managed to collect 226 respondent data taken from students who are currently undergoing interns in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method for data processing. This study found that proactive behavior influences intern-supervisor relations and intern-coworker relations, and person-organization fit fully mediates intern-supervisor and intern-coworker relations on conversion intention. In addition, this study also found that proactive behavior had no effect on person-organization fit, and intern-supervisor relations and intern-coworker relations had no effect on conversion intention. This research provides theoretical contributions to the theory of proactive behavior, intern-supervisor relations, intern-coworker relations, person-organization fit, and conversion intention, as well as providing suggestions and recommendations for future research and managerial implications..Ada Tabel
