Analisis Pengaruh Working Capital Management Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan : Studi Kasus Perusahaan Konstruksi di Indonesia Periode 2017-2021

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital management and cash holding on the business performance of construction sector companies in Indonesia during 2017-2021. This study also discusses how the effects occurred during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a sample of 24 construction sector companies in Indonesia that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a panel regression model with an estimated fixed effect model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that working capital has a significant positive effect on company performance, but has a negative and insignificant relationship on company performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study also investigated the effect of the company's cash holding on the company's performance, which showed significant positive results during the COVID-19 pandemic. This shows that in order to survive and run the company's operational activities in the midst of a crisis that can affect sales decline, the company uses its cash reserves to be able to survive in financing the company's operational expenses. When a crisis or pandemic occurs that causes abnormal economic conditions, a manager must take appropriate steps to maintain optimal financial conditions and maintain company liquidity..Ada Tabel
