Model Pembangunan Ibnu Khaldun dan Kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh Periode 2015-2019 : Analisis Panel VAR/VECM
The province of Aceh, which is the only province in Indonesia that formally implements Islamic law, is currently the poorest province on the island of Sumatra and is quite underdeveloped in development. Whereas poverty alleviation is the main goal of Islamic development. Therefore, with the development framework model of Ibn Khaldun which explains the cycles and interdependencies (interdependence) of various determinants of the progress of civilization from an Islamic perspective. This study was conducted to examine the factors that affect the poverty rate in 20 districts/cities of Aceh in 2015-2019 using the Panel Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Research variables include GRDP (wealth proxy), population (human resources proxy), education (government role proxy), investment (development proxy), Gini index (justice proxy), and zakat (sharia proxy). The length of poverty is influenced by GRDP, investment, and education as well as positively by population Decomposition (FEVD), shocks in all variables have an impact on poverty. The results of this study are expected to provide input to policy makers, not only in Aceh Province but in various Muslim areas others, as well as to literature in an Islamic perspective. .Ada Tabel
