This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee well-being in financial technology startup workers in Jakarta. This study examines the mechanism of variable organization-based self-esteem, work-family facilitation, family-work facilitation, work-family conflict and family-work conflict as mediating variables using a structural equation modelling (SEM) approach. The data obtained were 207 respondents through a cross sectional survey. The results in this study indicate that perceived organizational support does not have a direct positive effect on employee well-being of financial technology startup workers in Jakarta. In addition, the variables of work-family facilitation, work-family conflict and family-work conflict did not partially mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on employee well-being of financial technology startup workers in Jakarta. However, the variables of organization-based self-esteem and family-work facilitation were fully mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on employee well-being for financial technology startup workers in Jakarta.
