Evaluasi Proses Perencanaan Strategi Keberlanjutan Lingkungan pada PT OJL (Laporan Magang)
This internship report includes an assessment of how PT OJL developed its environmental sustainability strategy, which aids the business in implementing environmental sustainability elements in its business activities, particularly in its two primary business segments, namely mobility and delivery. Evaluation is based on adherence to theory regarding the organizational stages of the strategy formulation process. The discussion's scope includes an evaluation of the four steps taken by the company's management to create an effective and efficient strategy. The author conducts an evaluation of the course's learning materials for organizational performance management and strategy using an evaluation framework. Based on the evaluation that was done, the authors draw the conclusion that PT OJL's overall strategic planning process and the preparation of the environmental sustainability strategy document are in line with the evaluation framework Simons (2014) proposed for the theory of The 4 Ps Strategy and the cascade hierarchy in Basics for Successful Strategy theory. In other words, PT OJL's implementation of the environmental sustainability strategy planning process in the company's business has complied with the criteria for developing the appropriate strategy.Ada Tabel
