Preferensi Karyawan Terhadap Sistem Penghargaan: Studi pada Demografi Usia dengan Analisis Konjoin

The entry of Generation Z as the youngest generation in the workplace makes the demographic age of the Indonesian workforce become more varied. This study aims to determine the preference of each generation's reward system in terms of attracting the best prospective employees to join the company. By using the choice-based konjoin analysis method, this study will find out which reward component is prioritized by each generation. This study obtained primary data from questionnaire respondents from a total of 201 employees of various industrial sectors in Indonesia. The research findings reveal that the remuneration and benefits components are valued higher by the older generation (Baby boomers and Generation X) and valued lower by the younger generation (Millennials and Generation Z) in choosing a place to work..Ada Tabel
