Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Intensi dari Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia untuk Melanjutkan adopsi dan Merekomendasikan Aplikasi BSI Mobile

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers to adopt and recommend BSI Mobile mobile banking services. The study sample was female and male individuals with a minimum age of 18 years who have an account at Bank Syariah Indonesia and have used the BSI Mobile mobile banking service provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia. The data set of 321 respondents (eligible) was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that perceptions of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Relative Advantage, Religious Obligation, and Social Norms factors affect customer Continuance Intention BSI Mobile as a mobile banking service from BSI. In addition, the Perceived Usefulness, Social Norm, and Continuance Intention factors affect customer intention to recommend BSI Mobile..Ada Tabel
