Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Intensi Masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia untuk Memilih Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) Syariah dengan akad murabahah
The level of home ownership in Indonesia is one of the neverending problems every year. In order to overcome these problems, banking institutions, including islamic banking in Indonesia, are expected to continue to play an active role in assisting the government and the people in Indonesia to overcome this problem in the form of distribution of Islamic Home Financing (KPR). In practice, the islamic home financing product with the murabahah-based is one of the contracts in the islamic home financing product that is most in demand by the people in Indonesia, especially the Muslim community, even more so with more than 230 million people in Indonesia who are Muslim. In order to develop products and further increase public interest, Islamic banking is required to know what factors can influence the intentions of the Muslim community in Indonesia to choose sharia mortgage products with murabahah. This research model uses a model replication from previous research conducted by Sayuti & Amin (2020) using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) by adding the price fairness of Islamic home financing and Islamic altruism. This study aims to determine the factors that can influence the intention of the Muslim community in Indonesia to choose sharia mortgage products with murabahah. These factors will be processed and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) data processing method. The data used in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 301 muslim communities in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have direct effects, while the price fairness of Islamic home financing and Islamic altruism have direct and indirect effects on the intention to choose Islamic home financing..Ada Tabel
