Evaluasi Proses Studi Kelayakan Bisnis untuk Mengembangkan Produk Baru Sektor Perumahan oleh PT ABC (Laporan Magang)

This internship report aims to evaluate the implementation of a business feasibility study conducted by PT ABC as a property startup company to assess whether the new Rent-to-Own (RTO) project that is being planned is feasible or not. The internship at PT ABC lasts for four months from August 2021 to December 2021. To evaluate the compatibility of the business feasibility study process conducted by PT ABC with existing theories, the author uses the Feasibility Assessment Framework (FAF) approach and various other supporting theories based on the literature on strategy management, marketing, financial management, corporate governance and risk management. The results of the evaluation conducted by the author show that most of the business feasibility study processes carried out by PT ABC are in line with the theory used, both in terms of stages and process analysis of each attribute of the business feasibility study analysis framework used. PT ABC has conducted a business feasibility study by analyzing internal, external, and business risk factors that can determine the feasibility of the RTO project. In addition, PT ABC has also compiled all the results of the analysis into a report that has been compiled systematically. Thus, based on the business feasibility study process that has been carried out, PT ABC agreed to approve the development of the RTO project. However, the author still finds some discrepancies made by PT ABC during a business feasibility study process with the theory used. Therefore, the author proposes three recommendations for PT ABC, namely conducting a business feasibility study based on more relevant theories, encouraging the use of primary data when conducting analysis, and adding analysis areas such as technical and social factors to test the feasibility of the RTO project..Ada Tabel
