Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Niat untuk Memilih Pembiayaan Syariah sebagai Pembiayaan Kendaraan Bermotor Studi Generasi Muslim Milenial Indonesia
This study aims to examine the effect of social influence, awareness, religious obligation, price of financing, and attitude on the intention to choose sharia financing as motor vehicle financing by the millennial muslim generation. In addition, the role of religiosity as a moderator is also studied. This study adapts the theory of reasoned action (TRA) research model to examine the intentions of the millennial generation in choosing Islamic financing as motor vehicle financing. Data was collected through a survey of 233 millennial Muslim respondents in jabodetabek and analyzed using the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study find that social influence, religious obligation, and price of financing have a significant effect on attitude on the intentions of the millennial Muslim generation in choosing Islamic financing as motor vehicle financing. meanwhile, awareness and the moderating role of religiosity were not found to have a significant effect. Islamic bank managers and marketers could benefit from the findings of this study, which provide insight into the factors that should be considered for promoting Islamic financing. This finding contributes to the literature on Islamic financing products by showing the drivers of attitudes and intentions to use Islamic financing.
