This study aims to examine the effect of board size, board independence, and board diversity on firm’s risk taking in banking sector companies for the period 2016 to 2020. The sample consists of 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research used panel data which was later run using fixed effect model data.
