Pendekatan Ekonometrika Spasial dengan Model Spillover Effect pada Sektor Pariwisata: Studi Kasus Provinsi Jawa Tengah
This study analyzes whether there is a spillover effect phenomenon on the tourism sector in each city/district in Central Java Province. In addition, this study wants to find out whether there is a phenomenon of competition effect in each tourism sector. Based on the formulation of the problem, the research objective emerged to find out what factors influence the growth of domestic tourists in a city/regency in Central Java Province. In this study, spatial analysis was used using Moran's I test and also spatial econometric models in the form of Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) and Spatial Durbin Model (SDM). The spatial weighing matrix used in this study uses a queen contiguity where adjacency is calculated based on sides and angles. The results showed that the Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) model was the best model compared to the Spatial Durbin Model (SDM) because the rho value in the Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) model showed a significant value. That is, there is a spatial autocorrelation on the dependent variable. The results of the Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) model have significant values on accommodation, tourist attractions, and population density have a significant positive effect, so that the increase in these factors will increase the number of domestic tourists in cities/districts in Central Java. In addition, the Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) model does not show the phenomenon of competition in each tourism sector because it shows positive values on significant variables such as accommodation, tourist attractions, and population density.Ada Tabel
