Analisis Perilaku Konsumen dalam Intensi Penggunaan Dompet Digital di Indonesia Pasca Pandemi COVID-19

Yeshika Alversia, M.Sc. (Pembimbing/Promotor) - ; Husnudini, Khadijah - ;

In order for a company to continue to be used by consumers in the long term, it requires usage intention from consumers. For this reason, it is important to know what factors can influence usage intentions such as social influence, perceived benefits, perceived risk, and trust. The research design used in this study is cross sectional with purposive sampling method. This study has 213 respondents aged over 17 years and were Indonesian citizens (WNI). In addition, respondents are also digital wallet users since the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e., since March 2020). The data collection method used is an online survey and then the data is processed using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results of the processed data show that social influence, perceived benefits, and trust have a positive significant effect on usage intention. In addition, perceived risk has a significant negative effect on trust and usage intention.Ada Tabel
