Identifikasi dan analisis karakteristik rumahtangga rentan miskin di Indonesia
Although the poverty rate in Indonesia continues to decline, there are still a lot of people who live just above the poverty line, that are vulnerable to poverty. This study in addition to the identification of vulnerable households in 2009, also show that the percentage of vulnerable households experiencing poverty dynamics between 2009 and 2010 is higher than households who are not vulnerable. This study also note that differences in outcomes (the poverty status in 2010), are related to household size, dependency ratio, education of household head, ownership of assets, and some of the communitycharacteristics. The concept of vulnerability to poverty used in this study is probability of households to become poor in the next period, in which the probability are estimated using the method of Chaudhuri, Jalan, and Suryahadi (2002). The estimation model are made using data Susenas (The National Socio Economic Survey) Panel in March 2009 and Podes (Village Potential datasets) 2008. For purposes of poverty dynamics analysis, this study also used Susenas Panel in March 2010..Januari 2013
