The main objectives of this study is to investigate whether macro and micro environmental factors are important for the development of organisational capabilities ; and whether the influence of organisational capabilities has a significant impact on customer value.Organisational capabilities include organisational learning, integratedmarket orientation, entrepreneurship, human resource practices, and innovation. .January 2005
