At The Cinema: aspiring to a higher ethical standard
Selected film scenes from feature films can offer exceptional visual and dramatic presentations of various aspects of ethics and moral reasoning. Integrating such film scenes into classroom presentations of ethics and ethical dilemmas brings a dramatic new dimension to teaching and thinking about ethics. This article presents an integrated set of classroom experiences centered on film scenes that show ethical dilemmas, moral reasoning, and the role of ethical thinking in the development of one's moral being.Printed Journal
