Krisis ekonomi dan dampaknya pada distribusi pendapatan DKI Jakarta
More than any other region in Indonesia, Jakarta was the most negatively affected by the 1997 economic crisis. While the crisis dropped the national GDP by appoximately 13.6%, it caused the Jakarta GDP to shrink by appoximately 17.6%. Using a Social Accounting Matrix for Jakarta, through the methods of constrained fixed price multiplier, this paper conducts in-depth analysis on the impact of the 1997 economic crisis on incame distributing among various socio-economic groups in Jakarta. The result shows that the economic crisis in Jakarta mostly influenced the manufacturing industries. Then the contraction of manufacturing industries dropped the income of capital owners and formal labor household.
