Faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan pegawai pemerintah daerah penerima otonomi award di Jawa Timur
This Research investigates on how the internal factors of the staff influences their services. Those internal factors include socio-economic status, mores believed, work climate, working motivation, entrepreneurship, commitment, and the degree of empowerfulness. More over this study aims at finding the relationships among the factors and their influences on the quality of services. By using analyzer statistics, that is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling), this research is succesful to answer the proposed research problems: (1) the socioeconomic status influences the level of empowerfulness, commitment, and quality of services of the staffs; (2) the values believed affects entrepreneurship; (3) work place influences working motivation; (4) work place influences the degree of empowerfulness of the staffs; (5) working motivation influences the commitment; (6) commitment influences the quality of the service; (7) the degree of empowerfulness influences the quality of the services of the staffs. Besides, this research also discovers the existance of the intervening variables; they are: (1) degree of empowerfulness influences working motivation; (2) degree of empowerfulness influences entrepreneurship; (3) degree of empowerfulness influences commitment of the staffs.Printed Journal
