Sikap terhadap wanita sebagai manajer: jender, budaya, dan pekerjaan
This article explores the employee attitude toward women as manager. It is hypothesized that gender, cultural, nad organizational background significantly differentiate the attitude toward women as manager. Using data collected from Bandung (Sundanese culture) and Solo ? Jogya (Javanese culture), the result show that in overall the attitude toward the ability of women as manager relatively low; while their attitude toward the acceptance of women as manager is reatively higher. Furthermore, the hypotheses testing shows that gender and cultural background significantly differentiate the attitude toward women ability but not toward acceptance of women as manager. While organizational background does significantly differentiate on boyh the ability as well as the acceptance toward women as manager..Printed Journal
