Inflation targeting is anwe and also still challenging model of monetery policy. Nevertheless the number of countries applying this model is continuosly increasing. Objectives of the study are (1) to review the meaning and requirements of inflation targeting.to examine tahe implementation of inflating targeting in developing countries and to evaluate the aplication of inflating targeting in Indonesia.
