This research investigates the influence of knowledge characteristisc on teh process of knowldge transfer within strategic alliances in Indonesia. Knowledge characteristic such tacidness, specyficity , complexity, experience, patner, protectiveness, cultural distance, and organizational distance, are hyphotesized to have influence of the process simonin (1999), 95 respondent were taken as the sample of this research.
