Pengaruh Mekanisme Corporate Governance Tehadap Peringkat Surat UtangPerusahaan di Indonesia

This research invistigated whether corporate governance mechanism affects the firms bond rating in Indonesia. Specifically, investigation on whether corporate governance components, which are represented by ownership structure measured by the level of institutional ownership, to trading volume around earnings announcements.
