Complexity of strategic-decision-making (SDM): from process to quality

Strategic decision making (SDM) is still a mystery and need to be elaborated more deeply for both scholars and practitioners. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is to propose how we can measure the quality of strategic-decision. The paper do argues conceptually that SDM is a complex process. The complexity is not only contributed by the several stages must follow during the process but also the presence of uncertainty following the nature of information and its treatment. At the end, this paper also proposes three constructs that can be used to evaluate the quality of strategy decision.Printed journal
