Mencermati Heuristik Transformasi Organisasi: Mereaktualisasi Perilaku Kreatif Manusia Melalui Pendekatan Knowledge Management
Our age is a period of transformation and as a result, every organization (public, private, and or non-governmental organization) has to build the management of change into its structure, culture, strategy, etc. So, the need for organizational transformation represents a fundamental shift in the relationship of the organization to individual, groups, and to society as a whole. Simply put, organizations need to reconnect with the creative people that comprise them. Organizational transformation is a foci/focus and loci/locus of the heuristic perspective in organizational development studies. We define organizational transformation as the orchestrated redesign of genetic architecture of the organization, achieved by working simultaneously ? although at different speeds ? along the five dimensions of Reframing, Restructuring, Revitalizing, Renewal, and Reinspiring. The performance indicators of organizational transformation not ?just old wine in a new bottle,?? like some leaders or managers critics to it, however organizational transformation is a scientific process of reactualization of the human creative behavior in knowledge based organization..Printed journal
