Perubahan Paradigma Administrasi PublikDalam Mendorong Perbaikan Layanan Masyarakat
This paper specifically discusses the perspective of public service and prospects for change in the public service model by local governments in Indonesia. The focus based on what is the model arrangement of the chosen public institutional to facilitate and accelerate its services. Any option against public service model implies a shift in administration system or choices of administration paradigm applied in the service itself. In essence, this provides a working area of government agencies whose role in setting the rules or policies that encourage and contribute to changing the maximum service for the community..Printed journal
