Dampak Nano Teknologi terhadap Penghematan Energi Listrik di Indonesia
Nano technology has been widely used in various areas including telecommunication, medicine, biotechnology, environmental energy, universal security, and many more areas of life are affected by nano technological developments. The essence of nanotechnology is the ability to work at the molecular level in a critical length scale of matter typically under l00 nm. It is indeed extremely small and usually not visible to the naked eye but they offer a powerful and valuable benefit to human life. This paper is providing a highlight on how nano technology can help us to solve shortage electricity in Indonesia by reducing the amount of energy needed in the electricity. The result of this study shows that a lamp which is normally need 40 watt can be replaced with 1 watt which eventually will provide a significant reduction to the total amount of energy consumption. By pushing R & D in nano areas, we believe the amount of energy for electrify can be further decreased for the next coming years..Printed journal
