This internship report evaluates the implementation of pivot strategy on retargeting carried out by PT A's Growth Division. PT A is a start-up company in the e-groceries industry that exists in the form of an application. PT A is a joint venture of PT TRI which offers supermarkets, warehouses and goods, PT B which offers an online platform, and PT GCP which has access to funding. Based on the evaluation result, the retargeting that has been carried out by PT A could still be developed both in terms of ways to determine objectives and the implementation scheme. This report also analyzes the author's self-reflection by evaluating things that have gone well or not from some of the author's experiences during the internship. The result analysis will also be associated with relevant theories.
