Evaluasi Proses Quality Assurance Review Bank ABC oleh Konsultan XYZ (Laporan Magang)

This internship report discusses the evaluation of the Quality Assurance Review (QAR) process at Bank ABC. QAR is an external assessment conducted by an independent party regarding the suitability of the company's internal audit practices to the Code of Ethics and Standards. The evaluation process is carried out by XYZ Consultants for the period 2019 – 2022. Bank ABC is a Foreign Bank Branch Office located in Indonesia that provides various banking services. The focus of the evaluation discussion is to see the suitability of the QAR process carried out with the applicable best practices, namely the Manual Institute of Internal Audit (IIA). Based on the evaluation results, the QAR process is in accordance with applicable best practices. This report also contains self-reflection during the internship activities.
