Pengaruh Struktur Dewan Komisaris terhadap Intellectual Capital: Studi Perusahaan Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Periode 2014-2021
This study aims to find out whether there is a nonlinear relationship between structure of the board of commissioners (board structure) on intellectual capital and whether there is an interaction effect between board structure and ownership concentration which strengthens the relationship between board and intellectual capital in the period from 2014 until 2021 The sample in this study consisted of 347 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The method used in this study is panel data regression using random effect model. The test results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between board structure and intellectual capital and there is an interaction effect between board structure and ownership concentration which strengthens the nonlinear relationship between board structure and intellectual capital. In addition, company size, leverage, age, and profitability also have an influence on intellectual capital.
