Evaluasi Pedoman Penyusunan RKAP PT PPP (Laporan Magang)
This internship report aims to evaluate PT PPP's Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) preparation guidelines using relevant bases. These bases consists of COSO Enterprise Risk Management - Integrating with Strategy and Performance (COSO ERM 2017) and ISO 31000:2018 – Risk Management (ISO 31000), and Regulation of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Number PER-5/MBU/09/2022. In addition, this internship report also aims for the author's future self-development through reflection during the internship at PT CKZ. Based on the evaluation conducted, it can be concluded that PT PPP's RKAP preparation guidelines do not meet many of the risk management aspects from the standards and concepts used. Therefore, a better risk-based RKAP preparation guidelines must be developed for PT PPP.
