The divorce rate in Indonesia continues to increase every year. The purpose of this study is to determine how a woman's decision to divorce her spouse is impacted by the number of hours she works. The working women between the ages of 15 and 57 are the subject of this study. This study used binomial logistic regression analysis and IFLS 5 data to perform three regressions. The findings showed that divorce rates among women in Indonesia were not primarily influenced by working hours. Other aspects of an individual's and family's characteristics, such as the ability to have (additional) children and per capita household expenditure have a positive influence on divorce, on the other hand, woman’s education and her working status have been proven to have a negative impact on a woman's decision to get a divorce.
