Analisis Heuristic Behavior yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Bersedekah Masyarakat Indonesia
Poverty and inequality in Indonesia have always been a problem. Several solutions have been made to overcome this problem, including in terms of Islamic economics. one that the Islamic economy has to offer is alms. Indonesia has a huge opportunity to be able to increase the collection of alms funds. If the collection of alms can be done correctly, this can be a way out of the poverty and inequality problem in Indonesia. Research that seeks to see if there are shortcuts to thinking in giving alms has not received much attention. So this research will use heuristic models that combine altruism and religiosity. This research can be a strategy to fulfill the potential of alms in Indonesia. There were 782 respondents who participated in the research survey. The results show that availability, representativeness, altruism, and religiosity have a significant effect on almsgiving behavior in general. Then, availability, anchoring, and altruism affect almsgiving behavior through digital platforms and influence preferences to use digital platforms rather than conventional platforms. Meanwhile, the factors that influence alms-giving behavior through conventional platforms are availability, altruism, and religiosity.
